Golden Waterfall
“5…..4……3…….2…….1. HAPPY NEW YEAR!” the crowd yelled as the first fireworks took off into the might night sky. Boom, pow went the fireworks as they sparked.
The fireworks from the view in the Sydney Opera House was spectacular. “Oh, Ah, OMG WOW!” That was the sound of everyone amazed by how the fireworks look.
Some of the fireworks were circular and spheres as others looked like UFOs. All of the fireworks were amazing but the one that caught my eye the most was the golden waterfall coming off of Sydney Harbour Bridge. It looked like pixie dust falling from the sky. As I was mesmerized by watching this I was thinking, “ Don’t people need to go across the bridge so how would they get all firework TNT safely done on the bridge?” When I couldn’t find the answer to my question I asked my mom she told me that because of all the TNT they close down the bridge for a week. Which in that week would be new year. After about 10 minutes it was over the past year I had been waiting to see it and then it passes by like feather falling to the ground. Those fireworks I will never forget for I have a newspaper with fireworks on it and I have the memory.
